We retail suckers are told that there are so many safeguards in place that insiders can't possibly takeadvantage of inside knowledge. Here is an obviious case of someone having information that they could use to their advantage. Whilst we small investors only know what management wants to tell us, which let's face it is nothing, & hopefully this infusion of funds will kick start the company.
