RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:and there is the reason for the relentless selling givemeabreak1
For someone who had such a bad taste in their mouth for the implied conflict of interest dealings of management at the beginning of the month. You are obviously someone who has some brains, I can't understand why you would waste your time on a company who's management you don't seem to trust, who apparently makes bad business deals, who apparently has bad ground, and in a commodity which apparently has no hope due to cryptos? Why waste your time and energy constantly bashing a company trying to save $0.02 per share only for a flier?
I am an investor/speculator and while we have entirely different opinions on management and the possibilities of the various properties, I stand by my beliefs hoping the price actually goes up. Currently I am down a lot of money, but I have the patience and the belief in management to see what they can do for another six or eight months (at which time I will reevaluate).....I realize (as you correctly mentioned) when the waiting period is over, shares could be sold. That is the deal made though, for the company to prove what they believe through drilling, they need to generate cash. This is one of the usual templates of exploration plays, why do you seem to enjoy implying that Sitka is the only exploration play that dilutes? Virtually all of the other exploration plays have dealt with the same fate. The big question is "do you believe they will succeed in creating value for shareholders, or not"?
Do you believe the $0.02 savings (attempting to buy in at $0.10 - $0.11) will make or break your investment in Sitka? Like I said, you seem to be intelligent, I'm sure you can find a crypto or another exploration play that never needs to generate money to find the great drill results. So why waste your time here?
Just so there is no misunderstandings, in case you want to imply something about me or my motives, I am an individual investor who put a lot of time and money (relatively speaking) into Sitka and still currently believes in management and the possibilities of this company. As I do with any company that I invest in. If the story changes, I will reevaluate, but I plan to give management the time to try and increase the value..... to my knowledge, no insider has yet to sell a single share since the company was created and the two people who leave a bad taste in your mouth, continue to buy shares in the open market. I don't know about you, but it seems pretty rare to me.
I do believe you to have plenty of ability, I just wish you would grace another board with your presence, with a company that you believe has a chance to succeed.
