Paris energy is going to do a 1 - 12 rollback, so this will reduce the shares outstanding. With $55m credit facility undrawn, an asset aquisition is possible. So I expect good money to be made. I too believe that ELW will make another aquisition in the short term, but I reckon this is not the reason why it had a huge run up this week. The run up occurred when the news of the offering is published, so I can only think of people loading up, I too was going to do that but decided it's too risky. The volume is drying up now, so I would be very careful. My advise is unload all your shares before the ex right date, I expect a sell off. Buy back then.
