RE:Time to buyThere was no damage. They bought two core assets at a great price. They also announced $100 million in bought financing. Yup, dilution is there...but was expected. Where did you guys think they were going to get the cash to purchase the assets? Look at Spartan Energy...they did the same timeline of events over the years.....company game change, bought financing, acquisitions with stock, etc, etc.  The management led by the all-star board of directors had the pick of the litter for their first asset purchases...they did this with decades of experiences and record of successes.
