RE:RE:reverse SplitReverse split massacre? How do you figure? Having trouble seeing your logic here. Do you not understand that this does not change the market cap of this company whatsover? We will have 1/20 the amount of shares yes but the share price will be valued 20X higher accordingly. Currently with the share price only in the $0.12 range many big institutions are not allowed to purchase shares as it is classified as a penny stock. Having the shares priced over the $1.00 mark will open up the door to a whole new lot of possible buyers. Reducing the amount of total outstanding shares will also add more "tourque" when the buying starts coming in as there will be less shares outstading to trade. Bottom line is that this is a great move by management. It's not like this reverse split is happening because the company is failing or something. This was a planned event in order to get the share price in a more "investable" range, and drop the share count which was currently over half a billion which was way to many to have outstanding. It was all part of the startup of this company along with the namechange....this was a one time event... I don't expect going forward that it will ever reverse split again. Management has done what they have planned to do so far, so just sit back and let the actual experts run their company.
