Skylight Health to Acquire US Clinic Group with over 6 Locations, $20 Million in Revenue and $3 Million EBITDA

08:05 AM EST, 01/07/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Skylight Health Group Inc. (SHG.V) has entered into a Binding Letter of Intent to acquire a US Primary and Urgent Care clinic group for $14.3 million. The group, which has a network of six locations, is actively credentialed with major insurance carriers, reports Skylight, and employs a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care management. Clinical staff mix includes physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.

On an unaudited basis, the clinic is expected to generate over $20 million in annual revenue and $3 million in EBITDA. SHG expects continuity of its leadership team and clinical staff post-acquisition.

The transaction is expected to close before the end of Q1 2021.
