RE: RE: RE: RE: A 2nd Director has left SMHThe only logical thought is that Dale Wallster and Bending likely want a stock price lower than 30 cents.  When the split happens, and marudi gold is created, Mulgravian can buy the stock for a 30 cent cash price and start running the stock on their own.  The only question is, what is Bending getting in return for allowing this stock to be in the 20s by mismanaging his company?  Does he get a certificate from the GB school of management?
