RE: RE: RE: RE: A 2nd Director has left SMHWhat about the V.P. Operations (south America)? Brent McNiven?

Is this not the guy who has the Guyana contacts? Is this not the guy with the experience running projects in Latin America including the company's projects in Guyana? Is not the guy who is supposed to be putting together the agreements with the JV partners?

I think working Guyana has proven to be more difficult than management has been telling us. It took an awful long time to get the agreements finalized and there were strange terms included like paying as consultant a principal of Mirawa, Dr. Walrod. This guy was also the comisioner of mines until this point last year.

I found it curious that Mirawa did not have the Sardine Hill concession until December last year, when Walrod (former mines commissioner) and Lumumba (former advisor to the President) petitioned the President of Guyana for the property https://www.guyanaobservernews.org/content/view/2891/94/
