I read your AGM post again, it looks like they are going ahead with the name change to
Guyana Frontier Mining Corp
I don't know about the rest of the shareholders, but isn't this just complete waste of time? Don't you have to go to the exchange and get this approved? To me, it seems to take forever for the exchange to just approve one deal with Mulgravian.
Do we have another 2-3 months to waste time with COMPLETELY TRIVIAL activities when management's time could be spent getting financing for getting to work at Marudi, Sardine hill or Five star?
I personally don't care if this company is called Shoreham or Sponge Bob Square pants inc. As long as they do value added work, who cares. So why change the name? Who are you trying to snow? I hope the new Board Chair and Dale Wallster reads these posts, their actions in the past couple of days tell us they have common sense.
