RE: AGM

RE: AGMChange of name is a basic application and approval process.  Name has to be available through the BC Companies Act etc., then it is presented to the TSX who gives it a thumbs up and assigns a trading symbol to it, notifies the company and the rest is in the pudding.

Time frame - I would guess that it should be none by the end of the year as my friend says that when Wallster addressed the faithful at the end of the AGM he was very positive and used words as quickly and wanting to get to work as soon as possible.  So my guess they will jump on it.  Warren Stanyer will not let any dwell on like it has been in the pass and Wallster will see to it.  Stick2 might know better and might be able to add some light on this.

What you have to remember here is that a CEO and President of a Public Company cannot sit on the Board and the Chairman (Stanyer) actually is control of the company.  His history is a get it done type guy and working with and for Wallster I doubt very much you stick around long if you play solitaire on your computer all day long.

I like the name change and give Bending full credit for wanting to brand the company with a Guyana focus flavor.  It is probably the first good thing he has done since the last AGM.

All in all this is a very positive thing to happen to this company.
