The Company holds an 85% interest in the Eastgate Gold Project, located in Churchill County, Nevada. It holds a 100% beneficial interest in the Pedro Gold Project. The property is located in the Municipality of Mapimi in the Mexican state of Durango, approximately 80 km west-northwest of the city of Torreon. It also holds a 100% interest in the approximately 647 hectares (approximately 1,600 acres) VLM Project located in northwestern Mexico.
