Not that bothered by the transaction itself.  The ability to use this technology in Iraq is what is currently important to Sonoro and that is apparently preserved.  

However, I am bothered that the company does not disclose this on its own.  Even if it is simply a letter of intent.  Am bothered that Art is on the inside and, from the inside, is apparently negotiating deals for the company's assets that the company is quiet about.  We should not have to find this stuff out through American filings for a shell company.

The Sonoro web site still shows its interest in Albania as being unchanged.  

I think it is time that the company issued some sort of statement about what this all means and how it benefits Sonoro going forward.
