RE:New $357bn National Development Plan in IraqNice one, THT.  I couldn't agree more about the potential that there so obviously is.  And I couldn't agree more that RW and co need to deliver much more to us than the deafening silence we have now become accustomed to.  
It would be so much more appropriate to discuss SNV's achievements rather than sit here and discuss other companys' operations and their abilities to get things done.    
Executives get paid to execute.  And I don't mean execute a scheme of streaming the company's cash to their own pockets when they are not getting any tangible results.

Which is it RW?  Are you doing something (anything) to increase shareholder value or are you doing something else?  When I speak of shareholders, I speak of all the shareholders, not just the ones who take a salary.
