Isn't it customary to try to increase the share price somehow before this sort of skullduggery takes place? Really makes me wonder. Maybe Adam Sumel could pay back the 1/2 million he owes SNV and this would not have to happen. Of course, the way things have been going, he would just be giving it to Richard anyway.
