RE:I would not be surprised ..Dreamer, I completely agree with you.  

RW and Geopetrol most definitely see something we don't.  This is, in my estimation, because RW apparently does not think a certain class of shareholders and potential shareholders (those inconvenient type of the retail variety) are entitled to see things they do.  

I find it almost unfathomable that, at a time when the company is basically refusing to disclose what is happening to its' "little" shareholders, a major shareholder makes a play for control.  RW's silence and this proposal are a real coincidence...   

And as for voting, isn't a major tenet of a vote the notion that those voting know what they are voting on?  Accountability needs to occur.  Period.
