Small company is dealing for a big oil block in Indonesia means takes time since contry's Goverment is involved. This can not be done over the phone call. Indonesia does have a history of signing PSC blocks so it will be done but both side parties wants to do it right before any money they start to invest. 75M plus 5M bonus money is not like signing a 1M dollar contract that we see many times on venture and stock goes up over 50% in a day and then reverse split and PP and all that.
