How long did they were stopped ? let say 3 weeks. The production started on Jan 10th so 7 1/2 weeks. 2000 barrels for 7 1/2 weeks - 3 weeks give us just about 65 barrels / day which is not great. I think production will have to increase a lot to be considered successful.

Now we have Oil production and sales which means the technology works.  According to you Ark88 this sets the stage for Mena to be announced?

Or am I missing something?

Sometimes news isn't better than no news. Why? Cause it's always about expectations. Folks will always error on the side of bigger, faster, better. Reality often fails to meet expectations. You can't change reality but you can change expectations.
The SP is the ultimate arbitor of where reality is on the expectation scale.

My expectations are things are progressing. The SP will not firm up until we have production numbers, revenue numbers, a signed MOU or contract in MENA which can provide a valuation framework. We'll see who have sacks hanging until then. GLTA we're making progress!
