Selling

Those who are selling right now are probably previous shareholder who participated in the last PP.

It make sense for them, let say yo had 500K shares you participate in te PP for another 500K shares then you sell your previous ones at >= 0.05. In the end you have the same number of share than before plus free warrants.

Why would anyone sell following this story where reserves are imminent that will shoot this stock to 30 cents? Money was raised specifically to complete these reports just read the press and quote from CEO

Just to de-risk their investment, you never took some profit to de-risk a trade ? For them it's an easy way for doing it since they make others pay for their warrants.   Don't forget that SNV is still just a lotto play, nobody know what's in the reserve report and how it will play out with their partner.

I absolutely agree, why sell at .05?  Maybe because they don't think or believe  it will go much higher
