Hostile takeover at these prices to retain sonoros 25% psc without legal action... I see this as we become the passenger on the bus but not the driver. However tge bus arrives just the same. It seems Jimmy is cut throat and guaranteed he's thought of this. Good opportunity now that retail will probably concede 51% shares because of news and tax loss season. The only way current shareholders get paid is vending a new business opportunity into this...with dilution or and not sure if this is even a possibility  Arbitration to pay Sonoro for their 25% but based on the press release yesterday doesn't look good  no matter what this stock will remain dead for a few more months in my opinion

Yes I agree. It definitely will be news if SNV executes the settlement agreement. But why should we? The only downside would be possible negative repercussions with the authorities. Other than that, what's the repercussion for SNV? Nada. SGE has proposed a settlement agreement. Have we? and if we haven't why not? I presume SGE's proposal is simply the return of the 25% PSC in exchange

Herb, sorry if I keep bringing realism into the picture.  Move on how?  The company has no money and millions in debt.  No ceo and a lame duck board.  Based on the track record, who would invest in a company with negative assets and no prospects?  You are statistically better off buying lottery tickets than to keep owning and  praying for SNV.
