Jmo but I believe a halt and Mena news comes suddenly and without a huge volume run. The fact  that management acknowledged again that meets underway regarding "opportunities" (plural). Things are about to get transformed with this stock. This is only my opinion as I have not heard rumours or spoke to anyone at company. Just reading the NR presser all indicating this is happening

the stock will move prior to any halt has always been this way

Ya with everything that has multiple parties something always gets out. Suspect that the run won't be huuge though as it seems everything MENA is kept close to heart by management
