Reading between the lines, good ridence to the their partners in Sask. MENA is looking more probable than possible. Having the capability to nail down a business opportunity in MENA should not be underestimated - things are looking considerably brighter IMHO. Time will tell.

Hey Scotty! I'm still not sure why anything in MENA would want this company running or involved in anything over there.  No cash and can't even get something going in a proven area in Saskatchewan. All the pumping and it's still going nowhere!

Bank Of Canada cuts interest rates by 25 basis points, should be just the start of several this year. Should be great for the juniors market 2H 24. Hopefully this streaming pile of  Wadsworth can rise with the tide.

The sp can't go over $0.12 until the deal is finalized.

How do you know this? I would suspect that it can as can any other placement or issuance once aannounced. The real reason SP isn't moving is due to investors having Deja Vu over an MOU like in Indo.  Though this case i suspect it to have a very different ending

That's just how it works. The deal is priced at 12 cents and they will keep it under until it closes.

  agree Sly pretty sure once price is announced which it is at 12 cents price can trade above this  the market clearly not impressed so back to my original point is who ever these new shareholders are once they own SNV stock need to promote it better than Sonoro does
