It appears the market has taken negatively to the news, down 31%. Can we get a rebuttal.

Well, I guess this is why the stock was moving up.  Sometimes it takes a bit of time for it to disseminate perhaps?

I am a bit surprised by the drop today. The PEA come out better than I had been assuming. My valuation on SOH nearly doubled with the new PEA numbers.
