RE:Mining Journal articleJust my bunion, I don't claim to have the absolute answer. In its press release DD says it needs $ 3-4 M to complete the 15,000 meters of final drilling to know the estimate of the total reserve. I think it's a good idea to go ahead with this project because if you want to attract more attention and visibility to the SOI title, it takes a bigger reserve of gold. It is good to have 1955,000 ounces, but there will be no overbid with this number, on the other hand if we can prove 4-5 M ounces, there will be other major producers who will be interested. At 2m ounces, the other majors don't want to go to war with Newmont as they already have a mill nearby and a significant chunk of stock outstanding, but if they've managed to prove 4-5m, the game will be very different and the other major will say that it is worth the trouble to build a transformation plant and from there, the overbids will occur and the price will soar. But like I said it's just my opignon. Good luck everyone.
