RE: RE: RE: Thanks for the info fellas.The best small wind companies are privately held. If you have a good business plan and model, the last thing you would do is go public. Most public wind companies are over priced. Everybody wants in on wind and alot of promoters and charlatans are involved, FVR for example. The amount of money required to play in the utilities game is massive. To build  a 100MW windfarm, you have to pay about $15 to 20mil in  initial down payment for turbines, 80 to 85% paid before they leave the factory . A letter of intent or MOU won't reserve turbines. Money talks, Bak walks. This company has spent $40mil and is over $5 mil in the hole with unmarketable assetts.  That is because they don't have one experienced wind person on staff. I have seen far more active companies than FVR  with less than half the employees. You don't have to hire15 people with the small amount of projects fvr has, if you know what you are doing.
