RE: EAO Delays

RE: EAO Delays

4 months later and EA still suspended. After FVR said no later than Sept. 27. How do you start construction in Feb without EA suspension lifted or financing or turbine supply or contractor signed. They have mislead investors on ability to complete Tumbler Ridge by Nov 2012. Delays costing them 25% on 7.5 mil loan and 20% on 2 mil letter of credit,9.2 mil working capital deficiency. They have put aside a mil for another lawsuit. They are also on the hook for not spending all flow through share money on qualifying expenses. They haven't posted 3rd quarter financials on website yet, they are embarrasing.
