Year end out yesterday. EPAs cannot be financed. You can win 4 EPAs if you bid too low.

In February 2011, the Company and GECAF executed a Summary of Indicative Terms

setting out the non-binding indicative terms for an equity investment in the Company’s $200

million 77 MW Wildmare Wind Energy Project. In November 2011 the parties jointly agreed

to cease negotiations at which time the Company began to seek an alternative financing

solution.
