RE:Total Silence

RE:Total SilenceInjunction against sale proceeds from Cloosh has been granted to Kevin Anderson on Nov. 18th. Bak created this problem when he told Anderson he wasn't going to pay him on April 19th and then tried to deny him his security through possibly illegal contracts and share transfers. It appears that Bak used Cloosh as security to Anderson but never informed GE of Andersons' interest and that Andersons charge was in violation of Finaveras' agreement with SSE. Pattern has inherited GEs position. The amount owed with interest is 2.1 million. Council for FVR said granting injunction would have serious commercial implications. Like no money anytime soon.
