The first time the market crashed because of covid, oil prices dropped and investors put their money in renewables. Will this happen again? We'll wait and see. Oil is already down a nice bit today.

I think the signing of BBB would have triggered a huge shift in portfolios... without a policy in place or a major push from the public, I don't anticipate that same flood of money we saw during the initial CoVId crash's recovery (Q2-2020).
