Closing First Tranche of 200K

I'm surprised they only closed 200K of of the intended 1M. Almost 1 1/2 month to gather $200,000. Market lost confidence in SOLR future? I will need to re-think my bold prediction. The plan needs 1M to be executed. Fingers crossed that we have a big fish willing to invest.
