I was in this but realized it was a long hold. I bought it in 2021 and held for 13 months. I got out after 13 months and made 18.63% which is fair for an investment. Just don't think you will make piles of money on it. Wait for your chance to get out with a profit. I am in financial split funds now making 15% and 17% per year. Very happy with the distributions. Good luck!
