Blawn Mountain Project comprises approximately 23.5 sections of land owned by the State of Utah, acting by and through the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), and covers approximately 15,404 acres (6,233 hectares) of land located in Beaver County, Utah.

I was in this but realized it was a long hold. I bought it in 2021 and held for 13 months. I got out after 13 months and made 18.63% which is fair for an investment. Just don't think you will make piles of money on it. Wait for your chance to get out with a profit. I am in financial split funds now making 15% and 17% per year. Very happy with the distributions.
