I spoke with Andrew.  Now that it is done and over with he was able to give me a fair bit more information as to why the previous deal didn't go through.  It was as i suspected.  VGLS were shady folks.  Here is the good news.  The reason CCI went for the deal with VGLS is because they offered to overpay for Tamra.  SOP was attached to Tamra/CCI through the JV so ...more
