Yeah seems to be the way with this deal. Maybe too many moving parts or just 1 part that's really big and holding everything up cause it doesn't like to move

Multiple parties involved. Complex. And a fairly big and attractive deal owed to the value of the asset and rising potash costs. It is show me the money time so maybe that is the final hurdle. SOP will be very interesting when this deal gets done. Lets hope when is the only question remaining.
