Heavily invested

We have a third party potential partner heavily invested in exclusivity funds. More heavily invested in exclusivty deal with a potential third party mining company. So while this wait is excrutiatingly painful hard to imagine this won't get done. Not to mention incredible economics for all parties....

Sounds good, but I am concerned about the larger producers increasing output and there has been some federal investment in fertilizer in Canada. Maybe the market is being saturated? Otherwise I don't know why they are sitting on things. Are we 75000 richer??? Been really quiet and the market price is high??
