JV partner looks like Grupo Argos S.A.

Paper trail seems to indicate this.  Starts with Adrian Zajac who has been paying the Blawn lease for the past year.  He is employed by Argos investment partners.  He manages Levada EF Five whos primary director is listed as the company Argos Utah I.  Argos Utah 1 and Levada are both centred in New York at the same address as Argos USA LLC.  Argos USA LLC is a subsidary of the Colombian conglomerate Grupo Argos S.A.  Grupo Argos is massive and owns many businesses.  They would easily be able to construct this mine with their own construction businesses, and then utilize the materials for themselves or off-take.
