in my opinion SOU is just  shaking out  and playing games with average share holders,  i am only ticked that i bought most over $1,   but i did average down a bit to.  you would think that with NAT GAS doing what it is doing that it won`t be needed anymore,and if you believe that i have more bridges to sell yah,   lol.even ones with no waterfalls emanating  off them,lol.
