Agreed. Too many shares outstanding for my liking with TCF. I rarely buy companies with more than 100-150 million shares outstanding. Especially penny stocks. There's just too many shares available to be sold and weigh down the price everyday. Watch the trading closely. You will see unlimited blocks of stock coming out of the woodwork all day long.
