insiders took less than 1% from the offering.

The banksters did not want the over allotment options ( understandable : it trade 20% under pricing & they took enough shares from offering to covert their shorts).

I & we do not care about TCF and if i would i<ll visit their bullboard.

Bad news: SOU stock is 60 % lower from his top. What is next? Fibonacci retracement would suggest a low at 0.50$. Much worse than anticipated. Over allotment's interest was nil: understandable.    HND was a good idea although I have closed the position a bit to early

Naw. This has become temporarily a day traders stock. Natural gas prices are rising and futures show continued strength . Next up, the Model 3 production tests..
