The company has rights on land that has only value because it is adjacent to Rainy River and Coventry. It is trading on the speculation that these lands when explored will contain potential mineable gold. As a result of low share float company is worth about 3 million bucks. If it had gold it would be trading well north of 50 bucks on this share float. Pure spec play but it is good to be in earlyJMHO Due diligence is yours
