Theft by shorting

Theft by shortingThe only logical explanation for the depressed share price is continued shorting, especially illegal naked shorting which creates fake shares and destroys the value of real shares bought by retail investors.  It seems those in charge at the Venture Exchange either have no ability or no desire to do anything about this blatant flouting of the rules.  Maybe it's time for a class-action lawsuit against the Exchange and a completely rout of existing management.  The super-smart computers we have today should be able to detect and circumvent this pervasive illegal activity.  Someone is obviously making lots of money selling shares they don't own and don't intend to own.  If they drive a company into the ground they walk away scot-free.
