RE:RE:Eric Sprott Took it all.Yes, private placements cause some dilution. But a PP is a two-edged sword.  It is important how they spend money obtained through a PP. If all money goes for salaries to managers, it means pure dilution. But if they spent money on more drilling/exploration significantly increasing ounces in ground, it increases the SP.
