a. They can't raise money. All of you hate the team and the ceo.
b. He could have raised convertible debt or some shitty capital as most would do to line his pockets but what has he done?
c. Gritted it out focused on ebitda and now is reinvesting the capital being generated into sales and marketing.
that is why revenue has been more or less flat...if they had raised money in the last two years I have no doubt their sales would have exploded. But they have not (rightfully so as it would have diluted the $&@@ out of everyone as the stock is in the gutter).
What they have done in my books is called persistence, sticking with it and also shows their product is selling and selling more profitably.
