Your point of view is interesting. In the event that the report(s) is (are) not published by the time the AGM starts, can they still move forward with all that they have to do like; giving options and free shares to friends, increasing salary and benefits, adding or reducing the board, switching their accounting,etc... ?
I've never seen such a situation with a company I'm invested in so, comments from others who've dealt with this kind of situation before will be greatly appreciated.
