DAC is stealing our contracts and customers were fxxxkuup...no million dollars contract now for a long time......98% in the red and Atul is laughing at me and told me to sell my shares and move on because I was complaining to much.....

Don't take it personally. The CEO, as leader of the company since the beginning, the representative of the company, the face of the company when needing to raise money, the public mouth piece, has told just about all investors over the years to go F*ck off. Which is exactly why the stock will never move anywhere but lower. Now are you starting to understand why we never hear from the company ...more

Surprised no one has commented on this news from a week ago.......... unless I missed it. Never a good sign when people are not paid.  More dilution ......... Yet we are up half a cent today..............???? a global provider of digital marketing promotions, rebates and loyalty solutions, announces that it has reached an agreement (the "Debt Settlement") with four officers, two ...more

It's called LEADERSHIP! Get on board...Atul has told everyone for years he is a genius and no one could run the company better than him. How dare you question him and his decisions. These types of things are some of reasons why he is a genius. He has run the company completely into the ground and the company does not have $130,000 bucks to pay salaries so they dilute shareholders. All part of ...more

Maggs I seriously doubt that they don't have the money given they got a PPP loan with forgiveness and probably got something from Canada too. I think they simply are taking advantage of the exchange allowing for settlements of debt at less than the usual floor of $0.05 to load up on stock for all of them. See the exceptions the exchange has granted given the pandemic. This is the only ...more

Interesting take... But are your saying that it's a good thing they diluted the shareholders to pay bills that they could have paid with cash? Because I'm not really sure why any of these people who were owed money want worthless stock? And I'm sure if they can, they will dump it immediately.

To me the very fact they took "worthless" stock as you said is a great sign in their confidence. Yes dilutive for shareholders but so little. Most people in management would have taken cash if they did not believe...and found a way to pay themselves

Maybe you could tell me what they believe in? Is it the excitement of the investing public to own shares in the company that has been sitting at all time lows forever? Is it the excitement to own the company where the CEO has told almost all investors (retail and institutional) over the years to F*ck off? Is it the excitement generated by all the press releases and communications by the CEO of how ...more

Frankly I don't know what they believe in but it's fairly obvious they took equity voluntarily instead of cash which could be a sign they might want to start doing all of what you said...otherwise why would they give us the cash?
Comment by stockpickerone! on Aug 20, 2020 9:48pm
I mean why would they give UP the cash
