Honestly...

I really hope that Atul, Snipp executives and all the board members understand that the biggest problem they have is the exchange and the quality of shareholdes. As if it was not obvious at this point...Even if they get to a point of fair value and raise money on this exchange, none of those exchange and shareholder problems go away. It will only get worse because there will be more shares for the penny flippers and manipulators. And they can't reverse split there way out of flippers and manipulators.

A Nasdaq listing will give them access to way better long term shareholders, bigger and more stable investment money and valuations multiples higher than anything they will ever get on this garbage exchange.
Most shareholders here on this exchange or possible shareholders going forward also would be more inclined to hold their investment knowing that is the plan for the company. If the company is planning to do that, then they should let the market know that is what they are planning to do. Meaning when the conditions are met such as fair value, they will be realigning their structure and making the move to the tech exchange for the betterment of the shareholders. It's the only thing that will truly let the company realize it's true value. Otherwise it's gonna be constant flipping for pennies, manipulation and much lower valuations no matter how many shares are out there in the market. It's a cesspool...I hope they do the right thing which is not always the easiest but the best in the long run for sure!

You can't be serious.... Do tech companies uplist to the Venture exchange from the Nasdaq?  I don't think so... Snipp has something no other tech company in the world has? And their revenues are growing. There is no case to be made that they are better off on the Venture exchange. The amount of dollars and number of U.S. investors that flows through the Nasdaq compared to the amount ...more

A year or so ago, this stock was as low as a .01/penny. I bought millions between .02 cents and .04 cents. I bought more as recently as last week. I am probably a 3% owner and I also have some stock from years ago as well in some funds. When Jason and Atul were loading up on millions, so was I. I followed exactly what they were doing. The performance of the stock in the last year is not even ...more

Agree with you. Get out of here if you can. Even I found them by pure luck and pay fidelity an arm and a leg to trade Canadian stocks.  not easy to make the move though. They don't qualify yet I would think. But the way they are sending out releases makes me think they are trying to go something great company all the same. Don't think you can make money in tech without losing ...more

Are you seriously saying that the 0.01 to 0.18 on the TSX (V) would have been the same on the Nasdaq. It would have on the Nasdaq: a. Not gone down as much  b. Definitely gone way higher  You can't be serious comparing the quality of a Nasdaq investor to a Tsx(v) one Lol! I have also lost count of the qtrs of profitability they have shown...how much "consistency" is ...more

Not really sure what your point is. Those stocks you gave are all in different industries and some have absurd market caps and every company is different. This is gonna be the last I will say about this with you. If you think Snipp is better off on the Venture than the Nasdaq as a pure tech stock with technology that no other tech stock in the world has, then we will never agree on anything ...more
