It appears that this company is slowly going down the toilet with this recent announcment, which is not good news. Delays in filing financial statements is a joke, for a company of this small size. Sad to read all this, after hoping that we would see some light at the end of the tunnel.

Are you not happy that you sold at .11 and are waiting for at least .05 like the rest of us did when the smart investor that you are gave us your advice months ago. Thanks for your help you are a lifesaver. That was a bold strategy, well done investor that knows it all.
