RE:My opinionI agree. Downside is limited. And even if it does go lower, can't see it staying there for too long. Fair value for existing business -- without any further blue sky potential -- is higher than $0.17 IMO. Fully diluted market cap is only ~$17 million, and they have $13 million in cash and investments, no debt, and a $3-4 million revenue run rate, which has been growing every year.
