RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Sprott hold period

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Sprott hold periodMorecents7 -- I don't think it's something specific to SPOT that is keeping the share price down. I think it's more of a general small cap/penny stock clean up that is going on as weaker shareholders/institutions who can't stomach 20-50%+ drop in their stocks sell their positions. These types of drops that run over several months after blow off tops like we had last February snowball as newer holders with stop losses are then made to sell. Several of my small caps are down a lot, and on every thread, conspiracy theories abound to the point it has become ridiculous. The majority think it's company specific and since there is no news, news that fits the share price drop is made up.

Regarding acquisitions, I see them mostly acquiring "people". Talent is hard to come by and that is the fastest way to find capable scientists. I'm thinking of acquisitions in the style of Geotic where they do get a few useful products, but they also get experienced people that can quickly be redeployed on their top projects.

Have a good weekend everyone,

Hen
