I just made a similar comment over on Enwave as Spot and Enwave are sort of behaving the same - great news but can't get any traction and drifting lower. I've also concluded it may just be the season.  More big players doing tax loss and shifting industries and so on. Not enough new investors to mitigate the slide.

yes to the people thing. I notice they have quite a roster showing on their website. Not sure if all of those are on the payroll or some are consultants.  I do know from some tech developer freinds that often there is quite a bit of aquiring already done code and IP durig development - cheaper than the overhead of a whole development team and faster. Bit likely a mix of both.
