If you don't know. Now you knowPCL intends to build the first two SPoT franchise cafs this year, with construction commencing in May, 2017. The three remaining franchises will be built to commence operations in 2018, with construction of the first starting no later than September, 2017.

A USD 30,000 deposit will be paid on or before May 1, 2017 for the remaining three franchise cafs. The balance of USD 60,000 will be paid in three equal installments of USD 20,000 on September 1, 2017, February 1, 2018 and June 1, 2018 respectively.
