RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:More Insider Buying

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:More Insider Buying45, just a couple thoughts.

1. Here's the wording from Canadian Insider that begged my question.

"10 - Acquisition in the public market"

This implies to me that the insider bought just like you and I would.  Hence my question to the Insider but have not heard back.  All 27K bought shares were under this "10" heading and with only 6K traded it begs the question on definition.  By the way, all insider trading that has occurred over the last year is under "10".

2. "But why does it matter?"

It's only a comment but it appears that the company is supporting the stock price.  This could be a big deal in going forward now that they are paying their bills with the issuance of stock.   As you mentioned, most of money comes from the franchisee so why not pay the bills with this cash.  Uh oh, they may not have it due to the decrease in franchises and respective new business.

JMO, but this all comes under the heading of "baffling" as the company does not really want us to know what is going on with their franchise business via public news releases.  Anyways, if they are true to their word, we should see a update, hopefully this month.
